Took a Manhattan GMAT practice exam today and got this as my second quantitative question. Spent over 2 minutes on it before rushing to guess because I couldn't figure out what the heck it's asking.

Basically you have
Perimeter of Circle + Perimeter of Square + Length of Diagonals = q
Let side of Square = a
From the above equation you get
2Pi(a/Rt2) + 4a + 2aRt2 = q
Now, the Question is asking to find the value of a/Rt2, as it says to find the distance from the castle to the circular moat, so solve for that
Perimeter of Circle + Perimeter of Square + Length of Diagonals = q
Let side of Square = a
From the above equation you get
2Pi(a/Rt2) + 4a + 2aRt2 = q
Now, the Question is asking to find the value of a/Rt2, as it says to find the distance from the castle to the circular moat, so solve for that
