Hello!
I think you've got a very strong profile. While your academic scores are somewhat average (still competitive), your professional experience is interesting (especially the start-up experience), and your extracurricular and community activities are a real strength. You have the foundation to build a strong application, but my concern is about your career narrative -- you've held 3 pretty different careers already... don't want to come across as someone who is lost/wandering. If you can weave a very tight and strong narrative around your past experience and goals, then I think your profile is pretty interesting. Kellogg and Berkeley are going to be your reach schools, the others I think are great targets and safeties.
Good luck,
Mili
