Hello everyone,
When I say "Oxford graduates"- here Oxford is adjective and graduates points to noun.
But if I say Graduates of Oxford, does the treatment change? Does Oxford become a noun?
Thanks in Advance.
Cheers.

Can an adjective have something? Can one be a graduate of an adjective? Of course not.But if I say Graduates of Oxford, does the treatment change? Does Oxford become a noun?
In the expression above, Oxford is a noun.
