Only A looks good.

Other options distorts the meaning.
its like all charactes present in inside (their) every frame.. which is illogical.

E --> each characters wrong.

Can anyone please explain the answer?
B: all...a composition
C: all...a composition
D: every character...inside their
E: Each characters ["each" is singular]

More generally, "each" emphasizes the uniqueness of a thing, while "all" and "every" emphasize its commonality with other things.
