Since I have better chance of getting into Booth this year, but less likely hood of making it to Wharton(may be next year with higher GMAT), would you suggest to wait or take up Booth this year??

I did get into Booth and deferred to 2013 incoming class. Wharton was a reject and I am reapplying.

After talking to various alumni and current students, I feel it is a toss up between these 2 schools. In case of Wharton all the alumni I was able to touch base with are in the same jobs(with a promotion) and it is to the contrary at Booth. According to Booth Alumni, they are helped immensely by their placement office and some moved on to other firms at bigger roles.

Wharton has the advantage of more brand recognition internationally as opposed to Booth really going guns with their new initiatives like 'Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship'!!

Any one who would like to add more details are appreciated. Thanks.
