2. Kellogs 1 yr
3. Cornell 1 yr MBA
4. LBS
5. USC IBEAR

Could any of the experts kindly advice if this is a realistic expectation and what are the chances of getting through one of these .

Good to hear from you, but I'm afraid I have bad news. Your GRE equivalent is a 500, which is 200 points below the average of most of the schools you have mentioned. You will not have any chances of getting in.
If you are serious about doing this, you will really have to buckle down and get that GRE (or GMAT) up a lot higher. With anything less than a 700 most of the schools on your list would be impossible, no matter how good your profile is.
Best of luck on your retake,
Cheers,
Jon Frank

Thanks Jon . Appreciate the feedback . I have planned to take up GMAT on Dec 27th and am planning R2 applications . Do you think R2 offers any disadvantages .

good to hear about the retake!
However if you will take the test that late, you will not make the R2 deadlines which are all in the first week of January. And then you would actually need to apply next year, which seems like the best idea from here anyhow.
So my suggestion is to plan for a R1 application in 2018.
