Circle has its center at the origin i.e (0,0) and radius of 1.
Statement 1 says that x intercept of line K is greater than 1. We know the x intercept but not the y intercept and so we cannot know how the line will look and whether it will even intersect the circle.
Statement 2 gives us the slope of line k. We would need atleast 1 set of x,y points to make any sense out of this. There can be several combinations of x,y coordinates which will give us -1/10 as the slope.
If we combine the 2 statements we still have limited information. We know the slope of line K and that the x intercept is greater than 1. This is not enough to conclude anything about line K.
Hence the answer is E
