B. in measuring the movements of the Sun and Moon are evidenced not only at
*) "to" is used only if something is occasional or special events. If something is regular / habitual thing then to should not be used before the verb.
*) as movements is plural its "are" and not "is"
*) when ever we have not only - but also, the immediate thing should match.
-> not only at this ..... but also at that
-> at not only this .. but also that.

Is the below one correct?
The skill and the precision of the Anasazi, ancient inhabitants of the Southwest,
to measure the movements of the Sun and Moon are evidenced not only at
Chaco Canyon but at a number of other sites.
Here I changed the Option B Ans choice from "in measuring the movements" to "to measure the movements"

Precision should be followed by "in". you have "precision in doing something". precision to do something is awkward
Idiom: skill in doing something.
"His skill/expertise in teaching" is better than "His skill/expertise to teach"

Well this is really confusing:-
As let me tell you guyzz that even the Manhattan GMAT tells us that a verb form is preferred to an 'ing' form or an adjective form.
At the same time, 'in measuring' sounds like a regular thing than 'to measure'.
Could any of the experts please help to choose between the two options B and E, in this SC question.
