The OA is B. I would like to have more clarity in using with Vs Of in the below phrase. Is there a difference in saying 'scale of' vs 'scale with'.
Is there a difference in saying "spectacular scale with more than 75 carefully engineered structures" Vs "spectacular scale of more than 75 carefully engineered structures".

"Scale of" would have to refer to a specific measurement scale. For example, you could build a model airplane, on a scale of 1 to 1000. In this sentence, "scale with" is not really an idiomatic construction. "On a spectacular scale" is modifying how they were built, and "with... engineered structures" is a separate modifying phrase, also modifying how they were built.
