An arguer to state that quality of doing or preparing something is very important. The last step of preparation is only additional for whole the process of preparation. I agree with the arguer and I will present two examples which support the opinion stated above.
On the one hand, if all process of making or doing something is done not carefully later a final product will not have good quality and a cost of production is higher than could be. For example, in a pharmacy almost all process of preparing medication depend from a pharmacy technician. Beginning from taking right medication, writing all information about patient to a computer system, canting pills and finishing on a labeling a drug bottle is all process which needs to be done very quickly and good. The final process is checking by a pharmacist all what prepared the pharmacy technician. If in any of steps was made any mistake the pharmacist needs to send all prepared product back to the technician. All process has to be done from the beginning. Bad quality of work has negative effect for the pharmacy. The client is waiting and can begin to think about bed quality of taking care about customer in the pharmacy. If the pharmacy is going to loos a client in the same time is going to loos money.
On the other hand, it is very important that people who make something feel that from them depend how the final product is going to be. They need to feel appreciated. They need to know that them work can not be made automatically and all the time they need to thin what they do. For example, if mother is preparing food for their family each they with time she can begin to do it automatically and the prepared meal can be bad quality. Her children and husband need to tell her how much they like her food. IN the same time she is going to think more what she is doing and final meal is going to taste very nice and everyone is going to be very happy.
