800score question
This topic has expert replies
I noticed the feedback is not too favorable on 800score practice test. I'm curious how their online study material is compared to say princeton cracking the gmat. I understand there is more study material to review, but I like the idea on studying online instead of having a book, because I do a lot of traveling. Besides 800score, the only online material I could find is peterson's, but it's like 500 dollars compared to 40 dollars for 800score.

From my experience OG is the best. After that - Manhatten, and that is enough for me. I did Princeton book full but advice not to use it since it has very easy problems and I didn't like its way of explanation.

I haven't used anything but their tests, but IMHO they're really poor quality. They're not even adaptive, as far as I could tell! I wanted to retake test 1 and got the exact same questions, in the exact same order... Besides, their problems aren't quite GMAT-styled, and that's particularly obvious for the verbal part.
In the end, you should go for their tests if there is no other way and a book would be too much of a nuisance. I wouldn't recommend it otherwise!

Only reason why I looked at the Princeton book, because it mentioned under the book reviews on this website that it's a good intro book to get familar with GMAT, then move into other books. I thought about doing that, but noticed that 800score has learning information online, so I can do that instead of Princeton then do the OG books.
I also noticed Manhattan GMAT has books that includes OG material and posted a question yesterday on their website and still waiting for a response. Below is what I sent them.

I was on the website and curious what is the different between both products:
The Manhattan GMAT Complete Prep Set $224.00
Guided Self-Study Prep $590.00
It appears the only difference is the self-study has the "Private Phone Sessions (2 sessions, 1/2 hour each)" and online labs. Both seem to have practice exams and question banks. also, on the complete prep for $224.00, I take it you can use the "Guided Self-Study Course Syllabus?"
