1)Begin correcting others on the incorrect usage of "whether or not" to "whether"
2)Carefully use grammatically correct sentence constructions, particularly wary of using "which" to modify the correct noun
3)Steer away from using calculators, even with calculations involving decimals, to sharpen the ability to do mental math
4)Begin thinking of others' arguments in a heated debate as critical reasoning questions, thereby attacking the assumptions or premises to best "weaken" the conclusion of the person you disagree with
5)Read more articles to conjure as examples to use in the AWA essays
6)Finish the 1000 series
7)Frequent the BeatTheGmat forum and try calibrating a scale of verbal and math scores to reach your desirable score (e.g. Q49 V 41 = 720 or Q51 V36= 720)

Haha... that's all I can come up with now...please add as you see fit.

8. Use GMAT idioms in conversation on purpose because it "sounds funny" otherwise.

Oh, so true - I almost put that. I cringe whenever I see that word.
