Pretty much, i got a very different score than what I had been getting the last two weeks in my practice tests and It made me really really dissapointed. As i know i messed up a few questions on the Math, but the Verbal I have NO idea what I did wrong.

Usually people do better on the Gmat than on the Kaplan stuff. I'd definitely let them know they at least owe you enough to buy the OG materials and another test date!

It might not be Kaplan's fault, not like i know either way, but I think the verbal is so oooooo much harder and there aren't any practice materials out there yet because no one saw the change coming, I wrote the GMAC people.

I'm not the only one out there dumbfounded, so dont blame kaplan, blame GMAC as they're change in the test is unethical if they dont provide practice material prior to the change.
here's their customer service email address.

I understand you……….At least I also got my money back…..Thanks God because we are talking about $1400 …..Uuffffff….Even though I did not like too much Kaplan approach (I do not have nothing against Kaplan…was just my experience)… they fulfill the policy and give you your money back………
