Is x y < 15?

1. 0.5 < x < 1, and y² = 144.
2. x < 3 , y < 5.

stmt1,

0.5 < x < 1

y^2=144,y=12 or y=-12

take the highest value of x any y=12

x=0.9,y=12,xy<15

So watever value of x and y,xy<15

Suff

stmt2,

x < 3 , y < 5

x=2,y=4,xy<14

x=-4,y=-5,xy>15

Insuff
