GPrep question... please explain !!

With surface temperatures estimated at minus 230 degrees Fahrenheit, Jupiter's moon Europa has long been considered far too cold to support life, and with 60 square miles of water tought to be frozen from top to bottom.

IMO;B

considered as and considered to are not the right idioms..

thus we are left with A and B

we don't need a conjunction here, as used in A

Instead, the cause "60 square miles of water tought to be frozen from top to bottom." should modify "Jupiter's moon Europa has long been considered far too cold to support life" as done in B.

we don't need a conjunction here, as used in A ...are you referring to "with" here ?
