What is the minimum possible radius of the circle C which has centre at origin?

1) The circle C passes through the points (5,0) and (-5,0)
2) The circle C passes through the point (0,5)

I think the correct answer should be E. Since the centre of the circle is at origin, hence if the circle passes through (0,5) that means the radius of the circle has to be 5.

Answer: Option A
I think for the question to make sense, the phrase, "which has the centre at the origin" should be removed.
