I believe that taking the GMAT is partly your knowledge of the exam/ability to work the GMAT math and verbal sections, but then also part mindset.
What is the best strategy for being prepared in terms of mindset? Do you think it's different for different people? I don't think being too relaxed is good, but being too nervous freaks you out. Sometimes I get so nervous I read the question over and over, and have to read it a third time just to understand the question.

Practice is the best way to beat test anxiety. Perspective is also important--remember, the GMAT is only one part of your total admissions package; and frankly, is this test really that important when you think about all the important things in your life?GMATTaker wrote:I believe that taking the GMAT is partly your knowledge of the exam/ability to work the GMAT math and verbal sections, but then also part mindset.
