Could someone please give some examples of count and non-count nouns?
I understand that with countable items you use fewer, number, and many. And then with non-countable items you use less, amount, quantity, and much.
But I have no idea what count and/or non-count nouns or items are!! HELP!!!

You can also just literally try to count whatever noun you're examining.
I can have:
1 dollar
2 dollars
3 dollars
So I can have many dollars.
I can't have:
1 money
2 moneys
3 moneys
So I can't have many money, but I can have much money.
Literally see if you can count the word - if so, use the "countable" descriptors. If not, use the "non-countable" descriptors.
