Hey dude,
I'd be happy to help you out. I need a wee bit more info first though, so if you could elaborate a biiit more it's help.

1. Your Age
2. Can you mention your top specific achievements?
3. Can you mention any other specific leadership roles you have had (mentoring, recruiting, training, managing, all with how many people)
4. What school did you graduate from?
5. Anything else?

And I'll get right back at you!

Hey dude, Thanks for the extra info!

So I think your auto-evlauation is about right. Schools ranked about 15-30 should be your sweet spot. You come from a good well-known school, even if it's a step below IIT. Have work in a good firm, with some sort of leadership experience, even if it is not managing a team, and as a bonus some real on the ground international experience (schools will LOVE this, so don't pass that story by).

Financial Aid is a tough one. It's hard to predict what the schools might or might not offer you. What I can say is that, whatever the case, the best thing for you to do, is still to go to the BEST school you can get into! The payoff is worth it, dude.
