I am hoping for input on my profile and chances of being admitted into class of 2014 at Insead. Any suggestions on improvement would be very helpful (especially as regards retaking GMAT) Thank you so much!

Verbal: 37
Quant: 45
(1st attempt 660-Verbal 45 and Quant 35, both self study)
GPA: 3.69, International Relations
Background: Total years work experience-4, Fulbright Scholar, 1.5 years as Business Development Director for services company, last two months consultant for small company
Languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese
Profile Evaluation (GMAT 670, GPA 3.69-enough for INSEAD?)

The fullbright will be impressive and will help you stand out at a place like INSEAD. Your GMAT will be below average, but not by much--it's still a good score, and if you impress them with your English skills in written form and in the essays, you should be able to overcome your verbal GMAT score (typically less important than the quant score anyway). I think you have a shot with a well crafted application and a solid post MBA vision which connects your past to your futue in a believable way.
