IMO: A
Average cost = {(2 * C) + (5 * A)}/(C + A)
(1) C : A = 3 : 2 implies 3A = 2C
A = 2C/3
Average cost = (2C + 10C/3)/(C + 2C/3) = 16 : 5; SUFFICIENT.
(2) A = 50 but nothing is mentioned about C; NOT sufficient.
The correct answer is A.
