GMAT fee waiver???

My friend that is taking the LSAT said that you can get the fee waived for taking the exam if you have low income. Does the gmat have this? i couldn't find anything about it on the website.

Someone asked me that question on another forum. I believe there was a pilot program last year, but not sure what the current policy is. Here is all I could find online:
