Nice job on the GMAT! And, your GPA is solid.
At your age, it really comes down to demonstrating your leadership potential to programs. Without work experience, you should call out in your extracurricular activities times where you have truly led, driven results, and taken the initiative.
Moreover, how do you engage with the world? What are you passionate about? How have you pursued those passions? If you can show a track record of taking your interests/passions/hobbies and initiating results or productive outcomes, I think that can move the needle with admissions committees.
Your GPA and GMAT score will open doors for you, but it's those other factors that will close the deal and determine your competitiveness at those programs. Your list looks pretty comprehensive.
