The argument says that, generally, a creative professional is less successful in business than a white collar professional.

A)No successful businesspeople are creative. - The "NO" itself is a red flag. The argument is just giving you a general scenario. And does not suggest that if you are successful in business, you are not creative.

B)Some creative types are not less skilled at business than is the average white-collar worker who is not creative. - The argument does not anywhere talk about any creative types who are NOT less skilled.

C)Creativity precludes success in business. Again similar to A. Creativity does not prevent any business success. It just says that generally it does not happen.

D)Any white-collar worker who is not creative is more successful in business than any creative professional. - Directly stated in the argument. "most of these creative types are less skilled in business than is the average white-collar professional who does not work in a creative field." But I dont like this much. This makes it extreme, but better than other answers.

E) Irrelevant.

That means there may be Some creative types that are not less skilled at business than is the average white-collar worker who is not creative. which is Op B

Op D---> just the opposite...this choice is far too extreme
