Environmental organizations - Bold Face

farming will not remain viable if the farms are left unmodernized, and most of the
farmers lack the financial resources modernization requires. And that is exactly why
a more sensible preservation strategy would be to assist the farmers to modernize their

The organization is helping farmers modernize and have high productive/acre. Not making their farm lands into wilderness. {B/C are wrong}
Orgnization is stopping farmers from further deforestization -- A is out

D looks good: stratagy is modernize and present land to give high food/acre.

Isnt there a need to extend the bold text till "farming will not remain viable if the farms are left unmodernized"... this is a situation that they want to change in future.

I would have gone for E if the bold face extended..but we need further inputs if the bold face extension is required so is it infered form what is bolded..
