CHANCES FOR ISB OR LSB 2011 SEASON?

by lokeshg98 » Thu Oct 07, 2010 12:11 pm
Hi guys,
I wrote GMAT last week and got score 690 v33 Q50, well below my expectations. Ii got better scores in the mock exams.
740 and 720 in last two MGMAT CATs and 710 in GMAT prep II. So, i was very disappointed to see the score.

I have around 11+ yrs of IT experience, including 2+ years of international experience. Experience includes around 4 years of managerial experience, 2 years of which include a banking product implementation , strong client interaction at client side at HSBC, London. Another 3 yrs were with deloitte consulting

Did engineering from NIT Surathkal with average grads - first class ~ 65%

What are my chances in ISB or LSB for class 2011-12 ?

I'll be applying for R2..Do you think that retaking GMAT is a better option for me?

Please provide your valuable inputs, much appreciated!!

I don't think you should be retaking. I highly recommend you to work on rest of your application. you have a very strong chance to get into ISB/LSB. all the best!
