Prime factor

2 ^ 51 and (2 ^ n) * (3 ^ 3) have the same number of factor, value of n ?

Is this the right way to solve this question

[spoiler]Factor for 2 ^ 51 = 51 +1

So ,
51 +1 = (N +1) * (3 +1)[/spoiler]
