Let the number of players in blue team = B
Let the balls hit by a player on blue team be = x

Balls hit by the blue team = Bx

Balls hit by read team = 5/6 * B * 2/3 * x= 5/9 * Bx

Total balls hit = Bx + (5/9 * Bx) = 14/9 Bx

% of balls hit by blue team = [Bx / (14/9 Bx) ] * 100 = 900/14 ~= 64 %

IMO Answer is C

Red team 5 players hits 5*2 = 10 balls
Blue team 6 players hits 6*3 = 18 balls
of 28 hits 18 hits are by blue
of 100 hits 18/28 * 100= 9*50/7 = 64
