query regarding awa section..pls help

Hi,
Just wondering that on Real Gmat Exam, the topic for AWA are only from the list given on the www.mba.com? or it could be any topic? Some of the practice exam have different topics which are not covered in the Gmat official list of AWA topics. ? plz help
