Dance fans knew Tamara Geva as a soloist in several Ballanchine works, a dancer who introduced his choreography to the United States, and as a star in Broadway theater.

B.as a dancer which introduced

D.who introduced
E.as the dancer who introduced

This question seems to be testing parallelism.

Dance fans knew Tamara Geva as a soloist ...,as the dancer ...., and as a star.....

IMO E

I would have gone with B if it were "as a dancer who introduced". "Which" references inanimate objects & should not be used to refer a person.

'as a dancer WHICH' - though 'as a' appears to be parallel, usage of WHICH is a mistake. We need WHO. (E) uses it.
