IMO B

I was thnking B because I thought the idiom was anxiety about

I redid this question and axiety that makes sense as it restores the meaning

I came to the conclusion that it was E.

Why not E? Please explain your reasoning. It will help others understand why you arrived at the answer.

the statement is in the present tense and thus the correct answer should be in present tense as frequently express the present tense. E is the answer. also "referring to" is much better than "when referring to".

Between B and E will go with E ...question is testing "Tense".
