"that" after convinced is correct
"Convinced that" and not "convinced of" is appropriate here based on the meaning the sentence is conveying.

Also D uses "where" correctly to refer to the university in addition to keeping the tenses consistent
We want to point the courses are in the university unlike choice B which does not clearly convey this meaning
