use of 'which'

Guys, can we use 'which' to refer to plural nouns?

I guess it depends on the verb that follows. You can use which in sing/plu form.


The trees, which ARE still green, are very beautiful.

The car, which costs $1m, is way out of my league.

Yes.

Example:

I have bought three books, which are very interesting.

They are living in a city, which is the capital of India.

what about 'that'? can it be used to modify something plural?
