Please help me with my profile evaluation and my chances of admission for the above schools. Or should I target schools with lesser ranking to have high chances of admission?

Dear Avijit,

If your end goal is to be in business school by Aug/Sept of 2012, then I encourage you to revise your school list. You have some great programs, but these are all highly competitive with large applicant pools. While you are positives in your profile, you will be competing for a few slots and have a below average GMAT for most of your targets. It is prudent to have a mix of reach, reasonable and safety options to give yourself the best chance of being successful in the admissions process. Your current list is all reach programs, so you might want to add some where your profile is more above average and the selectivity percentage is higher.

Good luck,
Lisa
