Dear mzkfrk,
Your school list is appropriate with a mix of reach and reasonable programs for your profile. If you are going to add any schools, I would suggest 1-2 safety programs. Your main challenges in your applications will be to differentiate your application from similar applicants and to show your career goal as realistic for you.
Good luck,
Lisa

And also can u pls tell me, will it hurt my chances because I shifted to a much smaller firm from Huawei(Huawei is one of the largest telecom company in the world). I actually shifted because I got a managerial role with much bigger responsibilities.
Another question - Since I switched to this firm very recently, I plan to get 1 recommendation letter from Huawei and another one from an NGO with whom I'm involved with, since more than a year. Will that be OK or should get get the other recommendation from the current one(it's been almost 2 months since i'm working here)

Moving to a smaller firm will not negatively affect you in the MBA admissions process as long as you progressed in your career. Since you took a managerial position (perhaps a promotion?), then it seems your career is going in the right direction. What matters is the quality of your experience, not the size of your company. With less than a year at the new firm, it is understandable that you would not ask for a recommendation from your supervisor there. Schools prefer recommendations from people who have worked with you for at least a year. It would be best to have at least one from a former supervisor at Huawei.
