Hi, guys,
" the wild animal has more of a kind of fat thought to be good for cardiac health"
Frankly saying, I don't understand this clause because of the highlighted 'of' here. what dose this kind of grammatical structure mean? please help me. thanks.

The OA reads as follows:
Wild animals have less total fat than livestock fed on grain [have total fat] and more of a kind of fat thought to be good for cardiac health [than livestock fed on grain have a kind of fat thought to be good for cardiac health].
Tbe words in brackets are omitted but implied.
The portion in blue conveys the following meaning:
A particular kind of fat is thought to be good for cardiac health.
Wild animals have more of this fat than do livestock fed on grain.
Wild animals have less total fat than livestock fed on grain [have total fat] and more of a kind of fat thought to be good for cardiac health [than livestock fed on grain have a kind of fat thought to be good for cardiac health].
Tbe words in brackets are omitted but implied.
The portion in blue conveys the following meaning:
A particular kind of fat is thought to be good for cardiac health.
Wild animals have more of this fat than do livestock fed on grain.
