A and D are incorrect because the phrase "...interest increase in travelers" males it seem as if the tourism trend is "increasing interest in travelers" instead of "travelers' increasing interest". Logical predication error.
B is incorrect because it equates trends with travelers. Illogical comparison.
C is incorrect because beside being awkwardly written, it makes it seem as if the travelers interest is the trend and as an aside, the trend increases in seeking out the parks.
This leaves us with E which is correct.
It corrects the logical predication errors of A/D and meaning errors of B/C. Also, it has the intended meaning and a parallel contruction rendering it the best choice.
