I think the answer should be (D).

In (A) wrong usage of 'with' and we don't know what "they" (..as the groups they give money) is referring to.

In (B) and (C) they does not have an antecedent.

In (E) 'but' changes the meaning. given the money be - wrong usage of subjunctive.

A. with students' objections to particular activities, so long as the groups they give money to will be. Tense preservation issue.
B.if they have objections to particular activities and the groups that are given the money are. pronoun they is lacking a suitable noun antecedent.
C.if they object to particular activities, but the groups that the money is given to have to bepronoun they is lacking a suitable noun antecedent.
D.from students who object to particular activities, so long as the groups given money are. Distorts the meaning of the original sentence. The fee is to be collected from all the stuedents and the law is about all the students.
E.though students have an objection to particular activities, but the groups that are given the money be Correct Choice
Dear Gmatkiss,
If its not too hard for you, please provide OA along with the questions. That would help us to check whether we are thinking on the right lines or not.

Thanks.
