Hi RiyaR,

This SC question comes with a "twist" - while it's clear enough that Parallelism is the primary rule that we need to follow, one of the "intervening phrases" is actually NOT part of the 3-item list in this sentence (so that phrase does NOT have to be parallel with the others).

1) Parallelism: The first item in the list is "to sell...." and the third item is "to predict....", so the second item should also be in "to _____" format. Here, it's "to standardize..." Eliminate A, C and D.

2) Verbs: The sentence describes a process ("commercial farming of lobsters") that is not restricted to one tense or one point in time. An "-ing" verb is what we need here. Eliminate E.

Final Answer: B

even if it were to follow parallelism, taking should have been 'to take advantage'. But there is no choice with that option. So selling fish all around is possible 'by taking advantage'
