(1/5)^m*(1/4)^18=1/2(10)^35
if m = 35
(1/5)^35*(1/2^36)
=(1/5^35)*(1/2^36)
= 1/5^35*2^35*2
= 1/(5*2)^35 * 2
= 1/2(10)^35

I'm not sure if its a quick solution...
but i have a solution.
Take x = 2
1. f(x) = -1
2. f(x) = -3
3. f(x) = 3
4. f(x) = 4
5. f(x) = -1
Since f(x) = f(1-x)
2-1 = -1
now for x = -1
1. f(x) = 2
2. f(x) = 0
3. f(x) = -1
4. f(x) = 4
5. f(x) = -1/2
for Option 4 f(x) = f(1-x)
choose(d)

5/x > 3/80
400 > 3x
400/3 > x
133.333 > x
therefore the greatest possible integer value for x is 133.
