Notre Dame has a strong MBA program. It is usually ranked in the top 25 (I believe BW recently ranked Mendoza at 17th).

Hi M,
Not sure if there is a list (although I believe I have seen one), but I know Columbia, Northwestern, Duke (?), Emory have accelerated programs. But I am sure other top 25 MBA programs offer similar.

There isnt necessarily a quota, but schools do try to limit the number of students from certain countries. For example, countries like India and China have a large number of applicants and yet only a few get in.
