Hi Lisa, I just gave my GMAT yesterday and got a 670!
Is it a good enough score to improve my chances at the top 20 programs? If not, also, do u think its wise to apply next year vis-a-vis this year so that I can show more work ex in my profile?

The sum of the even numbers between 1 and k is 79*80, where k is an odd number, then k=?

(A) 79
(B) 80
(C) 81
(D) 157
(E) 159

gmat prep - inequality

If k # 0,1,or -1, is 1/k>0?

I 1/(k-1) > 0
II 1/(k+1) > 0

OA is A

But I think its D
IMO, the only possible values for K by st II are >1

please help me solve this problem!!
