lol i guess not really focusing much on your score puts you in the right mindset, calms you, and doesn't make you as nervous.... but how is it possible to not pay attention to your score a few days before test day?! Anyway, best of luck!

Yeah I guess taking two exams in one day was lame on my part. I had taken a nap so when I woke up I was really fresh and decided to go for another one but I probably shouldn't have. Well regardless of that 590, my scores are ranging from low 600s to upper 600s and that's worrying me. I thought by no...

My goal is to get nothing lower than a 640/650 on test day. I'm not worried about my verbal but Quant is where my weakness is. I heard the Quant on the real GMAT is similar to the Quant on the GMATPrep so I'm trying to do as many GMATPrep exams

yes GMATPrep and one from MGMAT (the 600 was from MGMAT). I'm retaking the GMATPrep ones and am getting different questions each time aside from maybe about two for both Quant and Verbal -- so it's not like answering those questions again affected my score too much b/c I initially got them right

Really confused about MGMAT Practice GMATS/Website
I just started taking the GMAT exams offered on the MGMAT website. However, when I took my first one there was no Quant section - it was all verbal plus the AWA. I tried emailing MGMAT but it's been about a week and I haven't gotten any response. Has anyone else experienced a problem similar to this...

Confused with calculating the sum of consecutive numbers
I don't know what I'm doing wrong!! Ok so the formula I have for finding the sum of consecutive numbers is [n(n+1)]/2 I tested this formula out by using an easy range of numbers: 2 to 8 so the total number of numbers from 2 through 8 inclusive is: (8-2) + 1 = 7 So now I plug it into the formula: [(7...

the question states that each member pays NO LESS THAN $12 and the club collects EXACTLY $599. The answer 49 still doesn't make much sense to me. If there were 49 members in the club and each paid at least $12 then.... 49x12 = 588 which gives us a remainder of $11 left which is less than $12 confuse...
