Govi, These are the verbal scores compiled from Hardik's score sheet. http://s1.postimage.org/2bEfi.jpg Govi bhai, Good analysis and initiative. I have one question based on Hardik's results. It seems, from this data, the overall performance matters more than the number of rights/wrongs in the init...

Hi Aditya, I did the GMAT on 25th Oct...exactly one month after you. From your score break up, I see you bombed verbal. This is my 2cents...but I beleive that GMAC gives a lot more weightage to the verbal score than they did earlier. I got Q 47 i.e. 77%(like you) and V 41 i.e. 92%....my overall sco...

Thanks buddy. In mocks I was getting more than 650 always. In GMAT perp I got 700 and 650. Frankly speaking, do not rely on any mock test. This is just my personal experience. No one can simulate GMAC algorithm. This is my personal opinion. I gave kaplan, Princeton, MGMAT, Grokit, Veritas everythin...

Mate, I salute you for your determination. How much were you averaging in the mocks? I believe that the results of the mocks would give you an indication of your average score. My opinion, based on feedback from various people,is that your GMAT score will be within +-20% of your mock scores.

paddle_sweep 2. I would consider taking another shot at GMAT, to try scoring in the range of 710/700, only if I am sure that score would improve my chance by about 25-40% at least. I might need another 6 months or so to go from 650 to 710/700. Why you need to spend 6 months to prepare for retaking ...

Very confusing answer choices. I hope that such questions do not appear in the real GMAT. Too many assumptions to be made in answer 3.
