Strategy for 700+

I am having work-ex of 40 months in a leading software company in India.
Just want to know the chances of my admission at Richard Ivey,Queen or other management programs in Canada?
Also,if someone has any idea regarding job prospects post MBA at Canada

When I started with my verbal section,at around 15th one I got CR questions of 'Method of reasoning','evaluate the argument'.again from 36-39 i got this type of ques..I think,these questions appear when you are at high end of scoring.
