I think Answer is A 2.5
Here is the solution:
UP DOWN
Sp: v-3 v+3
Di: 90 90
Ti: t1 t2
now, t1 = t2 +0.5
and T = D/S
t1 = 90/(v-3)
t2 = 90/(v+3)
solving above give the value of v and than t.

Let 100 be the initial o/p of company.
after 10% increase o/p will be (10/100 * 100 + 100) =110
afte 20% increse
o/p will be (20% of 110 + 110) ie 22+110 = 132.
now to restore the original o/p ie 100..
it has to go down to hundred it has to reduce by 32/132*100, ie approx 24.2%

the ( a - 1) ^ 2 - 25 ; here the last term in the bracekts will be +1 always
