I'm done! :D It was my 2nd shot, and though I improved marginally to 660/86 Percentile (I scored 640/80 Percentile first time around), I didn't quite hit my goal mark of 680/90 percentile. From given info, the part of the ice cream that sits on top of the cone is 1/4 of the circumference. Since the entire circumference of the circle has 360 degrees when measured from the center, the angle from the center measuring 1/4th of this would have (360/4)=90 degrees.
