I'd recommend taking the practice tests with the AWA. It really helps with the stamina. I really had to push myself on the final verbal questions, because with the AWA it is quite a long test.

After 2.5 months of studying, a Kaplan course, and some dismal practice tests (including a 570 2 weeks ago), I just took the GMAT and scored a 700 (Q44,V42). No, I haven't taken the GMAT Prep tests. I plan to take one this week. I only have a Mac at home, so taking those are a bit challenging.
On the test I took yesterday, I was strongest on SC, and equal on RC and CR.
My weaknesses on Quant are much clearer.
