your profile is ok...A score between 680-700 should be very competitive for the schools that you have mentioned..Nanyang has an essay where it specifically wants you to talk about your social contributions. You should also complete all the 6 manhattan tests and review them properly. Manhattan really provides very good explanations.The tests will also help you in building stamina and tackling fatigue during quants.

This is could very well be a bug in the test. If I could spend 30 mins to ponder on whether "I should be taking the break", effectively I get 38 mins to spend between the two sections

Interpolate values into this equation and you know why the answer is D.
