i think main issue here is of parallelism....whether we want the second element as a modifier or a parallel element in the list....

pallavi, gmat prep has a a big pool of questions...even if u retake...u will get only few repeats....at the max 3-5 repeats per section...that might inflate your score a bit but you will be working with real questions....

i guess B is the answer...we are saying that like the pastures the bird is also disappearing...

IMO D...hospital executive's view is based upon un-representive data sample and he is applying the finding to a speicla group {his own hospital..}

i agree b is the best but increasing funding seemed a bit awkward to me... is it really awkward ??
